ISO/TS16949Quality Policy:

Quality Policy
  1. Safety is first。
  2. Quality is paramount。
  3. Be professional。
  4. Share success。

Quality Control Flow:

Quality System – Five Core Tool:

1. Advanced Product Quality Planning
Produce a product quality plan for all stages of development from design to mass production.。
2. Production Parts Approval Process
To ensure all customer engineering design record and specification requirements are properly understood by the supplier and that the process has the potential to produce product consistently meeting these requirements during an actual production run at the quoted production rate
3. Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
A systematic design tool that is mainly used to assist in engineering analysis for early detection of potential defects and their impact. Solutions would be devised in attempt to avoid or reduce the occurrence of the failure.
4. Measurement System Analysis
The main purpose is to study and identify the variation in the repeatability and reproducibility of measurement system, such as bias, stability, linearity…etc
5. Statistic Process Control
A method of quality control using data statistics feedback to understand the process changes over time in order to make timely response and hence, reduce potential quality problems. Calculation and analysis of the PPK (Initial Process Capability) and CPK (long-term process capability) are utilized.

Monitoring Implementation:

Quality Policy
  1. In-Process inspection data is monitored and recorded automatically
  2. 100% automated inspection to avoid human error.
  3. Produce control plan and limit sample and specify inspection item and frequency. Regular checks on all sensor equipments to ensure proper functions
